Registration

To provide our guests with the most comfortable learning experience, registration is capped at 500 participants. Registration is possible by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Check*, or Purchase Order*. No cash is accepted.

*Check and purchase order payments must be made within 14 days of registration, or your registration will be canceled.

The registration fee for this event includes lectures, course program, continental breakfasts, breaks and the reception.

We are pleased to offer a special discounted rate of $190 for clinicians working in Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program funded clinics.  If you meet the eligibility requirements, please use discount code RWHAP.  Code eligibility will be verified by our staff. REGISTRATION IS CURRENTLY CLOSED. ON-SITE REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN ON MAY 5, 2011 AT THE HILTON ORLANDO.

A $50 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations.
No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 6, 2011.
