The Health Resources Services Administration funds the TARGET Center in to provide technical assistance nationwide to Ryan White-funded grantees working with clients living with HIV, as well as to the people living with HIV/AIDS community. TARGET stands for "Technical Assistance, Resources, Guidance, Education and Training." The TARGET Center is a web-based hub for self-serve technical assistance provided nationwide through webcasts, teleconferences, and downloadable documents. The resources available through the TARGET Center include those created by HRSA's HIV/AIDS Bureau, other divisions of Health and Human Services, as well as by Ryan White grantee agencies. These materials cover a variety of topics, including to how to improve service delivery and how to submit data to HRSA. Providers and individuals can access these resources free of charge online.
