Exhibition & Advertising Opportunities

Your support will enable us to continue the successful tradition of an event that provides state-of-the-art education and product information, as well as networking opportunities for hands-on HIV clinicians in our region. Our 18th Annual Conference reached a diverse group of practitioners, including close to 400 individuals representing 20 states and territories.

This year’s conference will again focus on the treatment of HIV and related conditions for an audience of clinicians who work on the front-line of HIV/AIDS care. We anticipate between 300 and 400 attendees, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and pharmacists. Participants will select sessions from different tracks to customize their educational experience based on their interests and training needs. Many of the sessions will again be offered in Spanish.

Exhibit Space

Each 8’ x 10’ booth will have an 8’ high back drape, 3’ draped side rails, 7” x 44” identification sign, 6’ skirted table, and two chairs. Exhibitor information will be listed in detail on the AETC Conference website and in the Conference Program. Maximum: Two exhibitor badges per booth.
